The purpose of the our faith formation program at SFDS Parish is to lead our children in cultivating a profound connection with God and community, primarily through the study of Scriptures, the understanding of Sacraments, and a special emphasis on the Eucharist.

Our Religious Education initiative is designed to offer faith formation for children spanning from Grade 1 through 9th Grade. It provides youngsters with the chance to engage with and appreciate our Catholic heritage, delving into traditions, scripture, Sacraments, and church doctrine. The process of faith formation is not just a phase; rather, it's a lifelong journey nurtured and sustained by every member of our Church community.

SFDS Parish faith formation program classes start at 8am and end at 915am every Sunday morning.

Children must be registered in the Religious Education program in order to participate in classes.

 

We invite those parishioners who are willing to invest their time in teaching our children about the faith. Interested parishioners should possess a profound understanding of our beliefs and a genuine love for the Sacraments.
