The Madeleine Social Hall is our parish gathering centre.

The centre features a large meeting hall, an entrance gathering area, rest rooms, storage and a fully fledged kitchen. The facility provides class-room space for our faith formation program and a convening location for most of our regular group meetings including the Parish Council, The Knights of Columbus and others.

 

The centre is available for rent and would provide a perfect venue for weddings, faimly gatherings and other such celebrations.

Recreation Hall Facilities Use

Our Social Hall—featuring a gathering area, kitchen, restrooms, and storage—is a valued parish resource. We invite all parishioners and approved users to treat it with respect and care.

To help us maintain this space in excellent condition, we ask that you:

• Clean up after use, including wiping down all surfaces.

• Return furniture to its original or designated storage location.

• Take out the trash and replace liners.

• Leave the restrooms clean and in good state of use.

• Turn off all lights, appliances, and the TV.

• Ensure the building is locked and secured when done.

In the event of any damage, missing items, or breakdown of equipment or furniture, the group leader is expected to report it immediately to parish staff.

To this end, we are providing a quick check-in form to be completed before and after use. Please scan the QR code and follow the instructions to help us keep our facilities safe, clean, and ready for all.
